Okay almost midnight here and Gwen’s still up (child why won’t you go to sleep?) I will finish prompts tomorrow (which is still open.) I’m going to drag said child to bed and sit on her if I have to, everyone have a good night.

Night night.

Today Gwen has discovered Avatar:The Last Airbender (which started with hubby watching it last week, we got through season one and have just started season two.) She has started at episode one so I’m watching season one over again (And I had just gotten to Toph being introduced in season two.)

In other news I got the first part of my DC bigbang done. 1289 words down - a whole lot more to go. “grins”

She had a great time at Disney with my folks. She had a great time even though it sounded like it rained most of the time.  She got a Princess Minnie plush doll and a couple of other things, hopefully I can get some of her pics up.

I’m glad she had a great time, but I’m glad my baby’s home.

Well I am sans child until next Wed. Gwen is off with my parents to Disney World.  This is her first time going there and she’s been mega excited about it. Dad said they might even take here to Universal Studios since she’s really into Harry Potter right now. (The last oh I’d say four months have been nothing but Harry Potter here. We’ve seen the movies over and over again and listens to the audio books and reads the books and anything else to do with Harry.)

The really funny thing is their flight out of Indy is around seven in the morning and Gwen is so not the morning person and I wish I could see how she is in the morning. :). I hope she has an awesome time, but I am going to miss her this week.

Well it’s eleven o’clock and I’ve finally caught up with tumblr. Seems a lot happened today. A new trailer for Young Justice - is it bad I’ve sort of come up with a fic that puts Tim into it as a companion to Roy? Ah I think my interest is showing. :)

Today was also the opening of our zoo for this season. Hubby and Gwen got to go while I had do work - I’ll get to go tomorrow - but hubby took lots of pics, some of which I’ll repost here. We had a litter of baby dingos born this year, a pretty big litter of seven pups, some with some rare coloring. Our zoo with be keeping two of the pups as our zoo isn’t big enough to keep all seven and the parents.

And we’ve just finished the last Harry Potter movie, Gwen decided she liked Harry now and we’ve been going through all the movies this week. She likes house Hufflepuff the best and is mad I won’t let her play on Pottermore yet. Okay that’s all that’s new for me (accept that my car kind of died on Thurs. think it’s the transmission, it’s at the mechanics being looked at.)
